Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

The Herbologist is committed to delivering your order promptly within Australia. All domestic orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates

We only currently ship to Australia. 

For orders over $99, please enjoy complimentary shipping.

For orders under $99, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Please refer to the checkout page for specific shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
